Mary Mathis, Founder,

Oversees corporate development and brand management for CBC, and develops and implements strategic planning and company growth programs, orchestrates sales and marketing activities and is responsible for corporate communications. Ms. Mathis is an expert in brand building and has served Fortune 500 clients (American Express, Rothschild, CSR, Alcoa, IMG, US Army Club Management Directorate, Costa Cruise Lines, Bacardi Martini, Silicon Graphics) and both domestic and international government agencies.
Stephen Remondini
Executive Vice President – Special Projects and Development

Steve Remondini is responsible for CBC’s Project and Joint Venture development and management. Mr. Remondini supports the sales process with creative strategies, alternative solutions and seeks new technology companies for combined product solutions in multiple markets. He is a dynamic marketer and team builder and is extremely well versed in technologies for use with content and data delivery, archive, and end-to-end solutions designed to increase profitability and to meet budget expectations. Recently, Mr. Remondini has completed assignments for the Department of Homeland Security, Pentagon, Unisys, CACI, and the Department of Defense. Prior to CBC he was the CTO of Globalpathways Group where he project managed 36 programmers and other IT specialists, and was Founder and President of FutureTrak International, which developed stabilized satellite platforms for yachts and recreational vehicles.

Michael S. Pangas, Director
Mr. Pangas assists CBC from his position on the Board of directors. Mr. Pangas brings to CBC extraordinary organizational leadership, strategic management skills and extensive international business experience. He previously held the position of Vice President, Operations and Finance, Sony Pictures Television International Latin America, as well as Vice President Finance/Controller, Columbia TriStar International Television. Prior to Sony, Mr. Pangas was Director of Finance, Buena Vista Television/ Buena Vista Productions, Walt Disney Company, Burbank California. He began his professional career as Audit Manager for KPMG Peat Marwick, Cleveland, Ohio.
Charlotte Schiff-Booker, Director
Ms. Schiff-Booker is an award-winning entertainment and publishing industries management executive with a lifetime of experience in cable television, interactive telecommunications and publishing. Career highlights include her role as advisor to the president and CEO of Time Warner Cable Programming; and her contributions at Time, Inc. as executive VP and director Manhattan Cable TV, associate publisher & general manager People Magazine, and creator and producer, People television series, She pioneered cable television as creator and senior VP of CBS Cable, a cultural, performing arts cable television network. She founded her own strategic marketing and programming company -- with clients such as The Weather Channel Latin America, MTV Networks, Playboy Enterprises and Time Warner.
Jorge Cosio, Director
Assists CBC from his position on the Board of Directors. Prior to CBC, Cosio was Senior Vice President and General Manager, Global Reengineering of the Travel Service Network for American Express Corporation, New York. Prior to his New York position, Mr. Cosio was VP and CFO of American Express’ Travel Service Group International in Paris, France responsible for all aspects of financial planning, business development, budgeting, financial accounting, strategic acquisitions and controls for the International business units. He was also responsible for Chairing the International Technology Prioritization Council for all units across American Express outside the US borders. Cosio has also held executive positions for divisions of Pepsi Cola LA/C and was the CFO, Southern Florida for International Business Machines (IBM), Armonk, New York.
LEGAL COUNSEL:
Benton Levy, of Levy & Halperin, LLP
Serves as outside counsel and assists the company in handling various regulatory, contractual and other legal matters. Levy’s practice of law has specialized in the entertainment industry and includes serving in senior legal and business affairs capacities at NBC, CBS and MGM/UA handling regulatory matters relating to television and transactional matters in the areas of music, television, film, video and the internet. In private practice, he has represented many well-known entertainment companies (film, video and music) and producers, recording artists and other creative persons in connection with clients' licensing, merchandising and acquisition efforts. Levy is a graduate of the University of North Carolina, School of Law at Chapel Hill and has served as an Assistant Attorney General of New York.
Richard P. Greene
A leading Ft. Lauderdale attorney, specializing in entrepreneurial support and advisory services, also acts as outside counsel and assists the company in handling contractual and other legal matters.
